CIP – Continuous Improvement Program
CIP; is a process improvement program that manages to achieve fast solutions by using basic problem solving tools within a robust methodology and project management discipline.
CIP project leaders can be selected from engineers, white-collar employees or blue-collar employees who have leadership qualifications. The fundamental basis of the program is the CIP project leaders who have high problem solving ability.
CIP program implementation duration is typically about 6 months.
It is a set of methodologies and tools that require a multi-disciplinary/methodological approach and teamwork, especially for the problems with substantial impact when solved, by spending relatively much lower effort and resources.
Project leaders are the fundamental basis of CIP. They are trained to manage the project teams to solve such problems by using basic decision-making tools and quickly implement solutions to obtain results.
