Robert Bosch Turkey
Bosch, based in Bursa, is one of the largest production facilities in Turkey (about 6000 employees). Bosch manufactures diesel and gasoline injection systems for automotive industry and exports more than 95% of its productions. Bosch Bursa started the Six Sigma with a pilot implementation with only three Black Belts. After the success of the pilot projects a comprehensive three year deployment plan was developed and implementation started in 2003. Bosch won Business Excellence Prize given by EFQM Europe twice in 2003 & 2008. In 2004 BOSCH BURSA was selected as the Six Sigma benchmark reference for all other Robert Bosch Diesel Systems operations in the world (# of total employees is about 50,000). The standards and contents of the services for implementing Six Sigma effectively established in Bosch Bursa became specifications for all Robert Bosch Diesel Systems operations. Bosch Bursa was awarded Honorary Mention Award in Europe, the 8th annual IQPC (International Quality and Productivity Centre) Six Sigma European Excellence Award hold in 18th April 2007.

At the beginning of 2005, Master Black Belt took on the responsibility of raising Green Belts and a team of experienced Black Belts took over the project coaching tasks with the Master Black Belt. Depending on the workload of the BOSCH BURSA Master Black Belts, Green Belt training programs are also carried out by Matris.

Otokar Bus Body Industry Inc.
Otokar is one of the most important armored vehicle designers / manufacturers in the world that produces military armored vehicles for the Turkish Army and NATO (number of employees: 1000). Otokar started its Six Sigma applications with pilot projects carried out by two Black Belts in 2004 and expanded its applications in line with a comprehensive spreading plan created after success in pilot projects. Otokar executives continue to state that the Six Sigma program is the best job they have done so far.

Imteks Clothing Industry and Trade Inc. (Unitim Holding)
Imteks is one of Turkey’s leading textile companies which manufactures sportswear for the world’s leading sportswear brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Puma, Adidas and Nike, has a total of 1,500 employees, 35,000 square meters of production space and an annual 8 million pieces of production capacity. Imteks, which implements Lean Production Systems, is cited by Adidas as benchmark reference to all suppliers around the world for Lean Production applications.
In line with a comprehensive spreading plan was created and implementation of Six Sigma was started at the end of 2005. As a result of the high success observed during the implementations, it has decided to train all its key employees and managers as Black Belt, and the scope of the implementations has been expanded. The studies are carried out in line with the expanded expansion plan.

Hema Industries Inc.
Hattat Group, one of the leading automotive sub-industry companies in Turkey with its three companies in the automotive sector (Hema Sanayi, Hema TRW, Calligraphy Agriculture), started Six Sigma implementations in 2005. Following the success of the first wave Black Belt projects, Hattat Group accelerated its operations in July 2006 in line with a comprehensive Lean Six Sigma expansion plan covering all three companies. The second and third wave Black Belt trainings and projects were completed in April 2007. The annual income target (reflected in the press) of 3 million dollars, which was set as a target of training projects, was exceeded.
